Refund and Return policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Whether you need a repair, replacement, return, or exchange, we’ve got you covered with our flexible policy. Here’s a simple breakdown of how it all works:

If you want to request a refund, just let us know within 7 working days of receiving your order. Find the “Return/Exchange” button on our website’s home page, under Customer Service.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• It shouldn’t be used or damaged.
• This must be your first return/exchange for this order.
• Original tags must still be attached.
• You need to have your receipt or proof of purchase.
• You must raise the request and explain the reason for the return within 7 days of delivery.

Important Notes:

• You can only request returns or exchanges once per order.
• Fabric swatches, blinds, upholstery fabrics, cushion covers cannot be returned.
• Custom orders are non-returnable and must be prepaid.
• Heavily discounted items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges—check the tags on the product page before buying.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, returns, exchanges, or refunds start once we receive payment from our shipping partner. This could take up to 28 days from the delivery date.
• A Rs 200 charge applies for each return or exchange.
• Liveinfabrics reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Refund Process: Once we get your product back, our team will inspect it and process your refund. If you paid online, the money will go back to your original payment method. For COD orders, the refund will be given as a gift card.

Want a different size or color? We can help with that! You have 7 days to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The product should be in its original packaging.
• This must be your first return/exchange for this order.
• The product must be in pristine condition, not used or damaged.
• Original tags should still be attached.
• You need to have your receipt or proof of purchase.
• You must request the exchange and state the reason within 7 days of delivery.

• Fabric swatches, blinds, upholstery fabrics, cushion covers cannot be exchanged.

• Discounted items will be exchanged at the current discount rate, not the original rate.

Exchange Process: Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll send out your exchange.

Additional Points for Your Peace of Mind

Manufacturing Defects: If you find a defect within 7 days of receiving your product, don’t install it. Email us at  info@liveinfabrics.com with your order number and photos of the defect, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if it’s valid.

Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on fabric items against misprints, fading, pilling, and color bleeding. Follow the care instructions and contact us at info@liveinfabrics.com with photos if you need help.

Wrong Product or Size: If you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange for a replacement. If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, contact us and we’ll help find the best solution according to our policy.

Non-Returnable Discounted Products: Heavily discounted products may not be returnable. Check the product tags for return eligibility before you buy.

Order Modification and Cancellation:

• Changes to orders are not allowed after 12 hours from placement.
• Cancellations aren’t accepted after 24 hours from placement.
• For heavily discounted products, exchanges or returns are not allowed once the product reaches you. Any necessary exchanges must be done through the exchange process.
